The Mewkle Rain-Bow (ミュークルレインボウ Myūkuru Reinbou) is an item appears in the Mewkledreamy anime. It first appeared in Episode 44. A toy version of it was released in Japan during Spring 2021.

It first appeared when Mew puts the Mewkle Key at the bottom of the Mewkle Stick that Yume holds, transforming into the item's new form. From then on, Yume uses Mewkle Rain-Bow to eliminate Black Abysses and Yunicchi Abysses, purifying people who are troubled by them.
In Episode 47, the Mewkle Rain-Bow is shown to have the ability to allow people to travel between reality and the dream world.
When using the special move via Mewkle Rain-Bow, the following spell is needed to be chanted:
- "Believe in the miracles that lie beyond the rainbow!" (虹の向こうに奇跡を信じて！ Niji no mukō ni kiseki o shinjite!)
- "The dreams! Of us all! Become one!" (みんなの！夢を！一つに！ Min'na no! Yume o! Hitotsu ni!)
- "Miracle! Kuru Kuru! Mewkle Rainbow!" (ミラクル！クルクル！ミュークルレインボウ！ Mirakuru! Kurukuru! Myūkuru Reinbou!)
Starting from Mix!, the following spell is needed to summon Mewkle Rain-Bow:
- "Hope everyone's dreams can be reached!" (みんなの夢が届けますように！ Min'na no yume ga todokemasu yōni!)
- "The radiance of the rainbow-coloured dreams!" (虹色の夢の輝き！ Niji'iro no yume no kagayaki!)
- "Mewkle Rain-Bow!" (ミュークルレインボウ！ Myūkuru Reinbou!)
Also in Mix!, the Mewkle Rain-Bow can also be powered up or, can also be recharged through Cheerful Time (チアふるタイム Chiafuru Taimu), in which the audiences are asked to cheer for Yume and friends and charge it with everyone's cheers.
